A 2014 University of Michigan (UM) study demonstrated that the shifting resistance inside  ActivMotion Bars caused every muscle group tested to be activated 173% more than standard fitness tools (e.g., standard bars, medicine balls or kettle bells.) Power: In the context of mindful movement, we use robust physicality to facilitate an equanimous state. Integration of brain-body-mind regulates the nervous system to offer you this experience. 

Precision: Establish a solid base (posture and alignment) to facilitate ease, stability and freedom of movement. Just as you wouldn't build a house on a weak foundation, we start from the ground up.  The T2 technique guides you toward moving and living intentionally. 

Focused Awareness: A 2010 Harvard study revealed that on any given day, Americans don't pay attention to what they're doing ~ 50% of the time. And they're not happy during that time.
