Restorative Circles

Tina's Restorative Circles are intended to offer a supportive environment for individuals to connect and align their lives with their intentions. They're designed to offer a safe space to share, listen and support each other. The process offers rich opportunities to let go of what doesn't serve you and invite in your intentions. Traditionally, they coincide with each new or full moon. New moons represent the beginning phase of the lunar cycle, making them an ideal time to set intentions. Full moons mark the end of the lunar cycle, making them an opportune time to release and let go.

The Power of Beliefs - "Real but not True"
When we're caught in patterns of belief that are self-limiting, they often feel real, but aren't true. I offer practical, tailored, in-the-moment tools to address why and where people get stuck, and how to move past limiting beliefs to live authentically and thrive. 

These practices are complementary to the disciplines of meditation, yoga, tai chi, and other eastern arts. What distinguishes Restorative Circles is the opportunity to share how your practice is working/could work better for you. People often start out with the best of intentions, then get hijacked by the brain's emotionally driven limbic system when they're triggered or feel depleted. The point isn't to do it perfectly, but to notice when we're off our game and make the U-turn to respond skillfully and realign with our intentions. This trains our resilience muscle, the foundation of well-being!
