In this workshop, you will be guided to:
  • Grow and use mind-body resources for well-being
  • Internalize experiences of well-being to develop resilience
  • Shift temporary states into enduring traits through yoga movement practices.
  • Live joyfully, for good!
  • This workshop is suitable for students and teachers of yoga, body work, movement practices, therapists, and others interested in brain-body integration and conscious living. 
Resilience is necessary for lasting well-being in a changing world. 
- We've all had beneficial experiences, like feeling joyful during vacation. But how long does that last, and why?
 
- Merely having an experience doesn't hardwire it. 

- To shift a temporary mental state to a lasting neural trait, it's necessary to  install or internalize the experience. Join us for this experiential workshop and learn how!

You'll build your inner resources for strength and stability anytime, anywhere, no matter what life throws your way. 

Perhaps the best part is the process - having experiences you love and  soaking them in!
